ASB Industries and Impact Innovations long relationship continues to grow based on providing exceptional equipment by understanding production and R&D needs of a wide variety of applications in many industries. The newer facility located in Rattenkirchen, Germany is a robust factory with organized equipment production using CNC machining and custom assembly with inventory of key components.
Most notable equipment advancements include duel powder feeder configurations gaining higher production with advanced powder feeding. A new integrated process gas pressure builder allow an option for a turnkey system from gas supply to nozzle exit. Sensors and controls integrated into this system allow control and feedback from the control screen. Specialty nozzle materials with unique designs for feeding materials at high deposition efficiency and spray patterns that can be designed by Impact Innovations. Using the in-house EDM allows available inventory with specialty designs.
